How we handle your data

Documents you upload

Any document you share through our intake process is loaded into memory for the duration of your session. It is used only to help scope your project. We do not write it to disk, store it in a database, or retain it in any form after your session ends. No Stablus team member views your uploaded documents.

Your conversation

Conversations through our intake bot are not stored on Stablus servers. They pass through Anthropic’s API for processing. Anthropic’s data handling policies apply to that processing. We do not retain conversation history.

Formal engagements

For engagements that require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement or Data Processing Agreement before sharing sensitive information, contact us at info@stablus.ae. We will execute the appropriate agreement before any substantive work begins.
